Workshops of Culture in Lublin are recruiting volunteers to help with the city\u2019s biggest summer festivals. At the moment, we are looking for support for Carnaval Sztukmistrz\u00f3w<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

About<\/h2>\n

Carnaval Sztukmistrz\u00f3w is the largest contemporary circus arts festival in Poland. Every year, the event attracts crowds of residents and tourists to the city, drawn not only by world-class circus performances but also by the festival\u2019s magical atmosphere.<\/p>\n

For people involved in volunteering, the Workshops of Culture offer comprehensive preparation, ongoing support, and \u2014 most importantly \u2014 the opportunity to be part of amazing events such as concerts, meetings, workshops, and exhibitions.<\/p>\n

What tasks might you receive?<\/h2>\n

\u2013 Helping at information points<\/p>\n

\u2013 Assisting at stage operations, performances, and dressing rooms<\/p>\n

\u2013 Technical support (previous experience with equipment such as sound systems, microphones, or stage lighting is welcome)<\/p>\n

\u2013 Supporting animators during activities for children<\/p>\n

\u2013 Taking care of artists and performers<\/p>\n

\u2013 You will practice customer service skills while interacting with festival audiences;<\/p>\n

\u2013 You will develop soft skills;<\/p>\n

\u2013 You will have the chance to use foreign languages in real situations;<\/p>\n

\u2013 You will see the technical side of festival organization;<\/p>\n

\u2013 You will learn how to work effectively in a team;<\/p>\n

\u2013 You will sign a volunteer agreement and receive a certificate;<\/p>\n

\u2013 You will meet new people;<\/p>\n

\u2013 You will experience unforgettable moments;<\/p>\n

\u2013 You will get behind-the-scenes insight into cultural events and perhaps gain experience that will help you organize your own projects in the future;<\/p>\n

\u2013 You will feel the satisfaction of contributing to culture in your city;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Participation in the volunteer program may count toward university internship requirements \u2014 let us know about this in the application form.<\/p>\n

People interested in volunteering are asked to complete the recruitment forms available on the website of the Workshops of Culture.<\/p>\n

\nJune\/July \u2013 meetings and training sessions (several dates available; each meeting lasts 2\u20133 hours. A detailed schedule will be sent on the day recruitment results are announced)
\nJuly 23\u201326 \u2013 main involvement during the festival (detailed schedule to be arranged)<\/p>\n
