Known as the wild drummer of Turfu, Matthieu Souchet now steps behind the decks under the alias Maître Mim's. A true master of groove, he blends rhythms from Africa, Latin America, traditional French folk and electronic music into an explosive journey. From baile funk (straight out of Brazil's favelas) to Jamaican dancehall, Martinican shatta, Bal Folk, techno and bass music, his sets effortlessly cross borders and genres. With a knack for twisting electronic harmonies and creating unexpected musical hybrids, Maître Mim's crafts high-energy DJ sets driven by hypnotic, repetitive rhythms. His one and only mission: to lead the crowd into a collective trance.
