In this seminar, we will approach the clown as a creator who can laugh at themselves, playing and creating with their inner world. Through the use of the performing improvisational tools proposed by the workshop, we will explore the clown as a free creature, raving and transgressive, sensitive and vulnerable, working with their own tragedies and personal comedies to create on stage.

The workshop will be led by Clémence Caillouel, an artist who will present the “Requiem of Sophie Withman” performance during this year’s edition of the festival.
